Your help in decoding of the following VW polo vin number please

This car was delivered on 23rd Dec from EVM Kottayam, from day 1 it has a left pulling and even after doing so many iterations and calibrations the issue is still there. So just want to confirm the manufacturing date and other details to proceed.

Its for someone who reported an issue in VW India FB page.

difference is 2182 cars.

I checked the forum. Everywhere it is mentioned that Hyundai has 19 digit VIN but the dealer has provided me with a 17 digit VIN
