Among a few interesting things I see is "Hot-climat Version"

Wonder if this is cooled seats! But knowing BMW, they aren't gracious enough to give basic lumbar support in the 3, can they give cooled seats?

I'm not very sure about this, but I believe the 'hot-climate version' refers to a country with a hot climate and subsequent addition of features like a stronger air-conditioning unit and maybe cooled seats. (I'm not sure on the part of the cooled seat).
