I decoded the VIN of my would-be car using online vagauto.com (http://vagauto.com/mainclass.php) decoder.

Vehicle Identification No. TMBBLHNA4CG030002
Model Designation rapid ambition
Date of production 05.10.2012

Would be taking delivery on Saturday. Asked the SA whether they have any newer make but he retorted that its the only batch they have and the next batch would arrive Jan end.

I read somewhere in this forum only that 11th character denotes the month of manufacture of Duster. So what would be the code for October, November and December 2012 manufactured Dusters ?
