Please help decode this for FIAT Punto: MCA11854D07049163JKZ

11854D - 1.3-JTD-90CV-CF4-EMOTION

Month = September
Year = 2013.

Is the above understanding correct? The dealer had informed that it is a October Manufactured vehicle, but looks like it is September. 2 Months old vehicle, should i be buying it?

Buying an i10. Needed your help in decoding the VIN, here it is - MALA851DLDM029577

Tried doing this myself but your post suggests 19th char is the month. There are only 17 now. Checked both the sticker and under the seat.

2 months is not a problem at all. Please do the PDI and make sure that everything is at your satisfactory level.
