Hello Wildon,

Your help in decoding of the following VW polo vin number please
WVWH13605ET017035

This car was delivered on 23rd Dec from EVM Kottayam, from day 1 it has a left pulling and even after doing so many iterations and calibrations the issue is still there. So just want to confirm the manufacturing date and other details to proceed.

Its for someone who reported an issue in VW India FB page.

It seems to be an august 2013 car. Correct me if I am wrong here. The dealer has given a 5 month old car.

For 2013 Make 320D refer the post here

your car serial number is 08225 and the other car which is produced in 2013 having a serial number of 10407

difference is 2182 cars.

Spoke to the dealer and he is saying that it is date of kit manufacturing in Germany and not assembly date. Do you think it is right?

Hi Wildon,

I have booked a Hyundai Verna and wanted to check the month and yr of manufacture for the car.

I checked the forum. Everywhere it is mentioned that Hyundai has 19 digit VIN but the dealer has provided me with a 17 digit VIN

VIN - MALCV410LDM151879

Engine No. G4FCDU829835
