I'm out of town so have yet to verify the VIN from places other than this sticker on the vehicle.

I'll ask the owner to check if its the same number later today. The car was handed over in a hurry after customer spotted scratches front and rear and refused to take ownership of.
The dealer had already registered the vehicle in his name so there wasn't much he could do.

Interestingly I've noticed Bangalore's dealers(Trident Hyundai and Nexa) both refuse to entertain customers requests to get PDI done before registration citing stockyard distance being too far from the city.

Edit: Looked it up on Vahan. The dealer got the insurance done on 16th Oct, Fitness upto 18th Oct 2034, Registration done on 19th October and car was delivered on 25th Oct as customer had requested for the car to be made available on Friday with the license plates attached. Guess that solves the riddle.

Is this VIN correct? Or are you purchasing it in some other continent (Australia?) ? Asia VIN starts with M. Plus the 10th digit is T corresponds to 2026!

I figured mine after opening an account in the below site, thanks to a4anurag.

Mine is has a 2019-10-21 production date. I got the factory dispatch info from dealer on 10-24.

Can you please recheck the VIN? Part highlighted in BOLD is part of the engine number. It should be numbers in that part of the VIN.
