This should be your first action instead of being an optional item. This creates the maximum impact in the front seats -the front sound image. Get a pair of components - Infinity, JBL, Boston, Polk, Morel, etc. would cost 5-6K.
Are there any 3-way component speakers available in the Indian market? So far online search has returned zero results (maybe I'm not using the right string).

The Toyota A.S.S is also a bit clueless so far. I will venture out this weekend to a few of the listed ICE specialists' in Bangalore

Liva has 2 speakers mounted on the front door and 2 speaker pods atop the dash. The idea is to replace these + a set of tweeters and hence the above question.

Any help/ suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Not that I know of. 3-way is not common, and usually used in high-end installs with separate amps driving mid-bass, mid and tweeter.

You don't have to fill all locations. The dash location is for 4" speakers, I think, in case someone is happy with 4" cheap coaxials instead of 6.5". Just get 2-way components, put the mid-bass in the door and the tweeter in the sail panel (ORVM inside area) or the A-pillar (3" from top of dash).
