1. Car?
Swift

2. What is your existing setup?
HU Pioneer DEH 5750
Kicker 6.5 inch coaxials in front
Disposable 6.5 inch Honda CRV OE speakers at the rear

I will be getting components in front when budget permits and will move the Kickers behind. Next upgrade will be a 4 channel amp for the front and rear speakers. Finally I plan to get a 10 inch sub in a sealed box with a decent 2 channel amp bridged into one channel to power it.

3. How much did it cost?
Rs 7,500 for the HU
Rs 4,000 for the Kicker speakers
Rs 400 for the CRV speakers

4. How serious were your about your system?
Pretty serious but my budget wasn't too big and I needed ICE pretty badly. Thats why I picked the 5750 for its 3 preouts.

5. What kind of music do you listen to ?
Classic Rock, Alternative

6. Would you recommend it to others?
The speakers are good for the price but I would ask others to listen to different makes before deciding.
I would strongly recommend the HU to anybody who wanted a feature packed, value for money HU.

The HU was for 7400 w\o bill. I dont think this model is available any more though.

I dont rmeber much but here's an approx breakup:

HU - 7400
Fronts- 1350
Rears - 2500
Amp - 6k or 7k am not too sure but i think its 7k
Sub- 4k

One Type the fronts are 2-way & not 3-way, sorry for that :(

Other costs include:
Rear parcel tray where speakers are mounted.
Cables for sub & amp.
Antenna,
Wodden Box for Sub,
Black grill over the sub.

My rear speakers & sub are plug & play as in I have got them with a plug-socket arrangement so that they can be removed if I need the dicky for baggage etc
