Generally .75 inch MDF is ok.

Sam has said it. Using MDF will be good.
And putting some sound dampening inside the box will make it more bettter. Make sure not to put any loose objects in the box (like wire pieces, sponge pieces etc..)

hello i have one doubht, as iam totally ignorant in amp installation cant we install an amp somewhere in the front and avoid that extra wiring of placing the amp in the back. my car is baleno lxi.

Yes you can install an amplifier under your seat in the Baleno. Generally I recommend putting the amp in the back, it's a neater install, easily accessible for settings and change of mind etc.

what are you gonna save? 500rs??? Save 500 if you want someone to park his legs on your amp. Dude. Baleno has a boot, use it! If my car had a boot, damn, can I start? Get it screwed to the back of boot or so. Check my pix.
