Yes sir earlier I used to buy all my ICE stuff from there but never ever got it installed there. As they do only juggar work.

As far as I know, CS2165C is 6.5" in size. So What's the confusion? Do you want to change that choice?
So it means that i can get the stuff from there but should not get installed from there.

Please stay away from them.
For the component I would suggest the JBL 607 and the Illusion Audio Electra.
both are of same price range. the JBL is a little bright sounding but the Illusion is a smooth sounding.
For the amp I would only recommend the JBL 75.4 for 9k but in grey
I got the rates of CS2165C at 2600 and CS2165 1700 compared to showrooms 4990 and 2950.And they are preety much under my budget thats why now concedering 7950 instead of 5950 HU.I can streatch another 3 K for spekers but no amps as of now.

If i was in your position I would have gone for the front compo and the sub woofer combination. No rear fills required. Get the HU and front compo now and later stage amp and the sub. as it will be light on the pocket.
HU-> 7950
Compo -> JBL 607 (if you plan to add a amp later)
the prices you mentioned are grey prices and you will not get any warranty on them.
