Car-audio fitter + Budget dilemma

Could you folks recommend a few good places in Mumbai where I could purchase a music system and have it installed? Being a new vehicle, is it advisable to have the job done through the car dealership?

With a budget of about 25-30K, what HU and choice of speakers would one recommend. My number one priority is sound quality and durability.
