bud are you getting four spks of pioneer 6990 for just 4k???
thats a really good deal
me and my friend bought a pair of pioneer 6910(330 watt)for 2,800rs as the 6990 in hyd were 3,500, paired it up with the existing kenwood in his santro, (he got it free)

what you do is go in for a sony(or any other) head unit with which you are getting thre front spks free in hyd he showed us for 4850 rs
get the pioneer 6990s for 3k
with the rest either buy a amp or buy a shock proof cd/mp3 discman and play it in ur car

so you get the fun of mp3, cassette, good sound due to 6990s
over all a good deal i would say
