i too have a similar hard disk since 3 years. i am also planning to put it in my alto. but the output required is 5 amps i think so through the cigarrette lighter. also the hard disk should be kept flat. i have seen that after playing one movie it heats up too much. lets see i too have a moto charger. will try to spin it.
