Hey guys,

I am thinking of installing a changer in my car. to beat the traffic in mumbai i figured i could install a single head rest screen and a DVD/VCD changer so I can pass time while being driven.

any recomendations?

car: new skoda 1.8 RS
I done the work mostly....
The head rest dont have room for a screen and the sunroof wont allow a roof mount. I wonder if I can fit another head rest into the car for the screen. othewise I will get the Alpine 634 MP3 player and forget the DVD option.

so my car system will look like this:
9833 HU
Velocity digital 4x50W rms amp
Velocity 5" component in the rear, 6" in the front
2 x Velocity subs powered by 4x35W rms amp (bridged)
......
option DVD: Necvox + 5.6" head rest screen
option MP3: Alpine 634.

thanks for the help GTO!

changed balupunkt amp for alpine amp. the balu had remote level control the alpine had better control period. 2 subss weere taking up too much troom so new sub is a Blau DVC 10" (same sub amp). The Nocvox is now fitted.

nope it's got it's own controller. only the audio is played back via the alpine. i use an FM mod for the Necvox and the sound is tolerable as the FM tranimister is 6" away from the HU.
