You can also try a 12 inch sub in a ported box. It will be quite loud and clean also. Also you will get quite many options also.

As said earlier here the installers are somewhat lazy and god knows what they know. I waited for 2 hours and the guy said to come next day as it will take another 4 hours to run the cables in A class. The A class has some unique flooring. So i got bugged up and decided to get the D510 and X374 form India for which I have to wait for 1 month. The installation cost with the cables are 120 pounds which is too much so I decided to invest that once after one month. I am more inclined at taking a sub box which is made by company and not custom made. Company makes available here are Infinity, JBL and some InPhase. The Inphase one is sealed active I guess. There is no port in that. To see it seems it will have 2 sub woofers, when u press one of the cone of sub the other moves proportionately. I need to research on this.

A bit out of topic I recently visited milan subway for doing up the cars number plate,so i thought just go and find the rates of different Boom boxes they sell in wiered whacky shaped and designs.. the funniest part was i came across a box which had a 1"inch hole with a small plastic covering,I asked him whats the rate of this box (Single Woofer) he quoted me 1200/- I said whats so special in this enclosure,he said this is a special designed box for bhass good material and its called "Vinyl Patti Box".. I blasted out in laugh hearing that enclosures name

RaXX :

Yes, but its available in UK. Check this link.

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/pro...s_id/2911.html

With the postage its comes to 94 pounds and currently the GBP to INR is 77, so I can get it for less than 8000 INR.

Not sure if its available in India.

That would be without B/W. In india you might get it for 8k with warranty. so it is better to buy from here.

Considering that D510 gives out 500 RMS at 2 Ohms, It is worth taking the Infinity Reference 1240SE which is 300 RMS at 4 Ohms. Are there any subs for which I can utilize the maximum out of D510? Pls suggest an company enclosed setups as I am not sure that the installers here know anything abt calculations of colume for a specific sub woofer. Thanks in advance.
