Speakers needed for my ESTEEM

Hi i was wondering what would be the rite speakers for my esteem want to be economical .. do i just need speakers or do i need anything else

i plan to use the radio and fm transmitter to play songs on my ipod

i am currently in the US .. so what should I be looking at

the first thing which comes to my mind is JBL and then pioneer

6x9 for the rear deck and a pair of 6' coax or components for the front some years back my niece had an esteem that had pods on the dash. I stuck a pair of 3.4" or 4" fullranges in there and mated these to a pair of 6" woofers in the front doors on spacer rings.

if you dont have an HU, get one that is Ipod ready and get the ipod cable. dont use a FM transmitter.

You might not want to use a subwofer but a small amp (40W+ rms x 4) will help your sound a lot.

as all th guru always say go and listen to all the brand and see which one you would like.
you are in the US and there are variety of speaker and brands.

yes i am in edison NJ

This is for my car in mumbai ..

so given a choice you think i should go for a car stereo as opposed to a car with ipod and cable ipod transmitter rather than FM transmitter
