Now we know how & why sam dropped Ishan's phone through the AC vents. LOL.

I think this thread is about the enthusiasm of the owner to have something special with his limited resources & i think even though his taste is questionable as is mine, he does not lack any enthusiasm at all. cheers

Then you've understood a bit wrong. Theoretically, the path length of both front speakers should be as close to equal as possible. And by putting it like this, you cant make things any worse.

Nice install what wonders me is the placement of the right speaker Box on dash , its mounted over a cover which houses the brake fluid.

What I meant was that the two co-axials in front ( not including the ones below..and tweeters ..althogh i cudnt see any )...theoritically ..if they are good enuf ... should be suffecient for good SQ... soemwhat like a speaker installation for the home... that is jsut a single point source per channel....
Of course the omni in question had multiple speakers...but the two coaxials in teh dash caught my eye.... just my 2 cent....

the pioneer speakers which are installed below are full range speakers...they will give good high end response which will disturb the whole image of the sound with 4 point source so close to each other......thats the point.....

Actually LBM, I did mention quite clearly that the owner had come to remove the speakers below.

I never commented from the point of view of the speakers near the legs. I meant it from the 'point source point of view' where one is ten times closer than the other. Not trying to take away from the zeal and enthusiasm, but just that it is anything but ideal.
