Looks like you have a Ported box to me, not sealed. Did they make it according to the sheet provided in the woofer?

It all looks good to me :)

Now tell us how it sounds to you.

ooops Typo.
Yea

Sounds Excellent !!!

sometimes bass is more , when i lower the volume i wanted to listen to the lyrics of the song than the music

maybe tuning is required.

here's the tuning details.

PIO 5990

Audio Subwoofer 80 +4
HPF 80
Audio Bassbooster +2
SLA +4
FADER 0
Audio EQ High +5
Loudness Mid
Audio Sub Normal

any suggestions

Hmmm it is a ported one with a 8-10 inch long sewer pipe to make the port....but the look box has a estimate volume of 1.2 cuft...need the exact dimmension of the same....also it is a wedge type not a fully cuboid type....

Audio Subwoofer 80 +4 This is a matter of choice, 80hz is ok, increase and decrease to taste
HPF 80 yes, this is fine
Audio Bassbooster +2 I don't think you need to use this

SLA +4 Just raises the pre out volume. No difference other than that

FADER 0
Audio EQ High +5 ooohhh, bring it down, bring it down
Loudness Mid If you like, or off. never more than that.

audio subwoofer 80 is fine but why +4:Shockked:

hpf 80 is ok

audio bass booster +2 (reduce it to zero)

sla ( source level adjuster) it does not alter the sound it is like a gain thing to adjust between different sources of the HU like tuner , aux so keep it at zero

fader is ok

high eq +5 :Shockked: you will get irritated very fast when you keep the setup at such high treble setting....reduce it when you feel it is ok

loudness mid is a bit on the higher side try it with off or low setting (I would preffer off)

audio sub normal it is like switching the phase of the sub....there is a thread on the same...read it...

Actually it does look like a ported box (the white tube is seen) but they might have covered the port. Actually that seems like a nice idea. if you want to ported turn the box so the tube faces up, if you want it sealed turn the box so that the tube faces the floor (like this install).
