hi,

could find anything on you pio model no. how old is it? do you have the specs? it might have an aux in. is there a function button on th HU? if yes do one thing. switch off the HU by pressing the src button for 2-3 seconds. press the function button till it displays the setup menu. browse the menu to see if it has an option to switch on the aux in. let me know then

already a thread is existing about the same topic, please do search before posting.

best way to connect is aux-in as clipto333 said.you will need a simple cable having aux-in jack at one end & normal 3.5mm headfone jack on other.

hi friends
i have done this only as arun says.
my experience
1. Maintainaing the wire (from aux to ipod) is a pain. I kept is long so i can move my ipod (read as n91 cell with headphone output jack) and this caused me pain only.
2. dound quality was not great also.
