Best place for ICE in Singapore

Go to Sentosa via cable car and enjoy your day. Forget about Electronics in Singapore, its expensive.
If you are really interested you can get some real good deals on amazing chinese stuff which you never new existed in Mustafa 24 hour shopping Mall in Little India. The problem is that it looks like India and makes the idea of a foreign trip pointless.
