Stifenning Caps
(
https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/car-entertainment/27087-stifenning-caps.html)
Hi I got a 25000mfd 35Volt DC capacitor originally purchased to use in my 2Kva UPS sitting in in my spares bag. Can I use it as a stiffening capacitor ??. What are the pros and cons of using it as mentioned?

2500mfd? for a stiffening cap in a car this is meagre. in any case if you ahve good cabling you wont need a stiffenin cap.
hmm..no need for the above cap as it will not do much . Thick gauge wires will do better work.

25000 is also small. I have seen 1F+ caps used in car audio with little result.
25000mfd is 0.025 farad. It won't make any difference.
