Pioneer is your best bet for a USB/Bluetooth HU.

I won't be able to give you much ICE advise, but I do recommend that you take a couple of hours to patiently go through this thread.

with your budget. i dont think u will get a bluetooth headunit. that itself will cost upwards of 15k. in pioneer HU with bluetooth, i think u will need a ipod adapter for ur usb needs.

You can buy the 7950UB and a Pioneer Bluetooth adaptor. This should sort out your HU needs. Except for the Alpine amplifier, looks like you're ok.

alpine for 2800 is FAKE. better stay away!

go for 7950 @ 9K; JBL 937 @ 2.8K; front Coax for 2.3K; rest wires!

Would any one plz throw light on Bluetooth adapter and i can strech my budget for head unit as i plan to bulid out my system in phased manner by adding sub and amplifier later.

Is there any HU which has bluetooth, usb n aux in together in one.

Option i went thru is sony mx2500 which has bluetooth and aux in cost is 10900/ but it wasn't having the usb port.

Fellow members what's ur say on this:--HU having bluetooth or HU with USB.

I will suggest you to forget Sony. Much nicer brands out there paaji.
Speaking from personal experience.
Have had these problems myself also. ( http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/ask-gurus/7202-sony-read-error.html )

Yes, if you want it so much, just get a system that has Bill. That will cover your original component and warranty issues.

Suggest you go through this thread First. http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/sound-off-show-off/25458-got-my-swift-hertzd.html

This will give a basic idea on what can be had in a 20k budget on a Swift.

What kind of music you listen to? How will you want your speakers to sound?

Rajat Bai Ki haal ne,

I have made up my mind will go for HU with usb n AUX in Irrespective of brand but with in budget of 10k and will spare 12-15k for pair of component speakers for front and rear as well.Won't go for co-ax,as i want the sound to be same for front and rear.
with the budget of 12-15k for compo which are the speakers i should zero on Rajat. What about hertz energy??are they available in chandiagrh.

Others plz do suggest with valueable input.....

Good decision. That will do away with confusion of choosing among various HU's. My choice is for your job is Pioneer 7950. Has USB2.0 support and AUX IN from rear. Both requirements fulfilled.

But above choice within your budget means NO BILL and hence NO WARRANTY. Although, it is rare that anything happens to Head Unit's and personally havent seen any problems crop up in my car or of friend's, But if you are not prepared to take the risk, then your choice is pretty much restricted to JVC brand.
Welcome to JVC India

Welcome to JVC India

I'm not too sure for the prices of JVC. But the Pioneer 7950 is for 9.5k or so.

Honestly speaking, there wont be any DIFFERENCE in sound.

If you are going to be driving the car yourself mostly then components in front are all you need because you wont be bothered about sound from rear anyways.
If you will be driven around in this car, then the components at rear make sense.

Provided you are sitting in the front, the job of best possible music reproduction goes to the Fronts. The rears merely act as fillers to eliminate a complete music gap from rear.

Being at front, you wont be able to take full advantage of a component speaker set at rear because the components producing mids and highs wont be angled towards you anyways.

Read more here. http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/153895-post119.html

and oh yes, another Swift thread for you to go through.

Cant say about HERTZ, but JBL & Infinity are definately present in Chandigarh.
Go and audition them once.

If possible for you to drive down to delhi, DO GO and try HERTZ also.
Install quality is unmatched for Delhi installs.

Audition and choose what sounds best to you.

post up here/Call me/PM for any other help.

Changa fir.

Rajat.

Just noticed. The JVC links are working fine. However the Tbhp links aren't.

Don't know why this is happening. Perhaps, you can see the topic names in the link.
Search the Sound Off Show Off forum for these topics.

LBM,there is nothing specific that i lend my ear to.From our hindi music to punjabi music,FM,English. Everything goes good. Most of the time mood drives the requirement.
I shall i like to have a sytem that is ready for every thing and anything.Everything should be treated to it's merit,
That's why i decided to go for compos only no co-ax.
Now issue is awareness,i don't know how much they gonna cost.
I am intrested in HERTZ Energy 165 for My swift,ANY idea about there price and from where i can get them.
HU-- i have shorlisted few--Clarion,Pio,Sony.
