Ohh trust me, those amps are insulted if used with a pioneer HU! Atleast the non Premiere ones.

I changed my HU from a Pioneer P1Y to an Alpine 9853 and whoa!! what a difference!

My setup:

JBL 506Ce 5.25"components
JBL 937 ovals
Audison SRx5
Connection Audison RCAs
Connection Audison Power wiring kit
The best chinese cables in the market for the speakers.

I know, I know, i'm not doing justice to that amp, but still, those JBLs sound soo beautiful with that setup.

I am sure the JBL's sound good with the Audison. Haven't heard any other combo with the same amp but you could donate it to me for a trial?
