Few companies make 4" components. I have not been impressed with Kenwood speakers but admit to never having heard their 4" components either.

If your stock location is on the door, you can use spacers to fit a 5.25" component set.

How bout your 5.25" components? Are they in the doors yet? The Illusion Electra series has a 4" component set, by the way.

Your options for 4" components are Illusion Audio EL 4.1, something from Kicker and something from Kenwood but its not worth putting in 4" components. Try to alter and fit in 5.25 inch atleast.

Stock location is dash in the spark, so its not possible to use 5.25" components.

@jkdas, I have started this thread only after searching, I am not able to find anything specific for my problem. For your information, moderators have already seen my thread and allowed it. My post count is very low, so threads started by me will be allowed only after moderation. Navin sir is also a moderator, he has also replied to me.
Thanks you all for your replies.

Gurus, Kenwood 4" componants are priced about Rs. 5,200 in grey (pirce is high even as per vendor, due to demand), is it worth this price?

How about Illusion Audio EL 4.1? what will be the approximate price of this?(I don't want to cut the door, I want something in the stock location)

If you are serious about compos please get a 5.25 atleast. A 4 incher will be overpowered by rear speakers easily unless you use fader.

5.2k for 4inch is costly I guess as we get 5.25 for almost the same price.

JBL does not make any 4" components.
Since Illusion has 4" components, they are your best bet. They sound good.

Any idea, where can I get the Illusion speakers in Chennai? What will be the approximate cost of Illusion Audio EL 4.1?

Is there anything else I can do using the stock location?

For information on anything regarding Illusion in India, you can PM Bass&Trouble. He represents the brand commercially in India.

Thanks sam ji and LBM, I would like to get one set of EL 4.1.
I hope these things will sound much better than regular 4" coaxials, any comments on this?
Bass&Trouble sir, whats your opinion?
