While a 6.5" is always better, the Electra 4" is genuinely rated at 45 watts rms per side operating full range. Thats more than what an everyday amp will put out during normal operation. Unless you clip the amp into it full tilt, its going to be comfortable handling power upto 75 watts rms considering that it will be in HPF mode.

Ajay will it fit into Alto's Slot as well ?

Also can they be run with reasonable output by Sony 554 amp ?

I think it will unless there is a mounting depth restriction. The buggers have huge magnets. Can't remember the Alto location.

Why approx? The exact price is Rs. 6,490/- . I bought them for that much.

Boston / DLS / Hifonics / Kicker DS all fit into it, difference of choice will be treble response at the end of the day

I am running Infinity Ref 6022i on front zen doors with GTO1004 on Kenny bt8016 at front. The speakers are extremely comfortable with high frequencies , tablas , dholks , snares ,gutiars , drums .I love them .
