Replace GTO937 with Infinity 6953i? Pioneer Yellow cone TSE6996

Hi all,

I have a pair of GTO937 in my Wagon R. I saw two nice speakers at the shop:

1) Infinity 6953i Reference

2) Pioneer (Yellow cone) TS E6996.

Are they worth the upgrade and which ones are more warmer sounding?

advise.

i think pioneer yellow cone are better .. i have heard them in a santro and sound pretty goood...

I would recommend the Pioneer TS-D691S over the TS-E6996. They are 2-ways with in-built LPF & HPF crossovers & produce sweet sound. I had the previous generation from the same series. The new ones have a plastic case around the crossovers.

Well I auditioned the Infinity one yesterday and it definitely sounded very smooth compared to the E6996. Will check out the D691S tomorrow.
