Ask Sam Sir , Probably he would be a better position to help you . i have t595 limited edition which i picked from US for 350 $ . Till now i havent seen those speakers in India . and I vouch on the sound clarity of these speakers.

Good choice but without Amp T696 GTi Series 6"x9" Co-Axial speakers are useless but you can use the JBL P452 power series 4" Co-Axial without Amp.

i haven't planned on an amp yet. maybe in a month or 2. a 4 channel amp like the jbl PX300.4 or GT5-A604 or GTO4060 (any idea how much each of these cost) but wont be going for a subwoofer... just don't need that much punch.. and i don't really blast music. and yea the cash is also a criteria to me. but i really like the look and specs of the T696. and i love jbl as well. So if anyone can quote a price and location to get them from. I dont want to sacrifice too much of the boot space as well.

Sir you are comparing two different series ever time...right now the series you are comparing are quite widely apart.

The PX300.4 is costing 30k+ the GT5 will be close to 7k and the 5060 will be close to 10k (approx prices).

Now I think you got the picture. I would suggest to install the HU and speaker and see that do you need a amp or not.

I have auditioned the GTO 937, i found them to have good bass but weak in terms of clarity especially when the volume is turned up.

Has anyone out here used the T696?
If yes, how would you rate them for bass and clarity
