Hey the pictures look cool. Congrats on new ICE.

Mods : Videos of new ICE will look cool, with the visual experiences taking this forum to the next level. How can BHPians post videos? Embedded videos allowed? Request the support team to look into the possibilities.

Cheers

The remote costs anywhere between 1K-1.4K . With B&W it is around 1.4K and in gray you would get it at 1K - 1.2K.

Thanks Joe. The remote is a standard one that can be used with most JVC models. You can get one between 1K to 1.4K. Its wireless and very very convenient. I hardly use the touch screen nowadays for all the basic functions.

Subs normally deliver frequencies 150 Hz and below. These frequencies are normally not directional and it does not matter much where you keep it. Same principle in a home theatre, you can keep the sub in any location, even hidden and it does not matter. The low frequencies are still heard and blends with the overall sound.

low frequencies have long wavelengths.

Like navin said they have long wavelengths so basically the sound travels through the obstructions (seat parcel tray etc.) Gurus correct me if I am wrong.

Congrats Dinu! It looks neat. Enjoy your music.

Guess you started with a budget of 10K? How much did you finally spend?

Like everyone here, starting at 10K, I ended up with around 80K

But I am happy, the install was great and I am enjoying every bit of it.
