ICE for RS / CIVIC

I am going to purchase my car soon. Don't Know Civic or The RS. I want to upgrade the ICE which must include
1. HU ;DVD in Dash ( No Other Screen ) - If possible Reversing Camera Compatible
2. AMP
3. SUB
4. SPeakers/ Components.

99 % the Car would be the RS and that has a 8 Speaker already.

My Total Budget around 65000/-. Not a Penny More.

So Guys Please advice. Also I would be going to the USA , so please tell me if any product there is good / better for same or cheaper price ( Duties if any included)

Thanks

Get all you wires from there !!!
u will save a bundle and you can go for the best !!!
not uncommon to find RCA's that cost 7-8K here going for less than 3K. Like me. My rca's retail at 200 $ ( 9,000Rs ) each in the states. found them for Rs 3500 each !!.
same with power wires , you can get good 0 guage for the price of good 4 guage here..
and capacitors are the same story as well.. can save a bundle and these things are easy to get down.
Also you might wanna pick up a alpine touch screen HU from there . they go for about 750-800 $ there. Thats even 250 $ cheaper than alpine's site itself.
hope this helps...

i beleive car audio is very cheap in US, you save atleast 50%.
Check out online stores like onlinecarstereo

you can get everything from there

though i would really suggest you get an Amp, power cables, from US. woofers are heavy and Hu's are very delicate. RCA's, comps and co axials are good enough in india.

Just my personal preference.

Like Tool said get our damping sheets, wires and HU from the US (your HU's warranty will not be valid in India) and your amps and speakers here. Alpine DVD HUs are expensive ($700+).

DVD HU: $250 (Rs. 10K) JVC's KD-AVX11
Amp: 20K JBL GT5 A604+3001 / (will the Audison Srx 4 fit this budget?)
Front and rear speakers: 18K Illusion Lucent/Infinity Reference/Hertz Hi-Energy/Blau Thc
Sub: 8K Ground Zero/JBL
Wires and damping: 10K
---------
Total 66K (sorry but we at ICE have a reputaion of not keeping to the budget).

Alpine double din costs approx 45k, and some JVC model is for 25-30k. There goes the budget of 65k to 100k.

Gupta-ji, for that there are 2 possibilities:

1. Add 20K to the budget and get super sound and super video
2. Forego the Front and Rear speakers budget (as given by Navin) and get OK-OK sound and super video

Which shall it be?

The eight speakers are misleading. These include tweeters etc too.

Whats the OE speaker brand of Skoda? RS comes with an Alpine right?

dont forget that video in the driver's line of sight can be distracting when the car is in motion.

OE speakers are pretty bad, you must budget enough for good component speakers for front at least...

M okay with grey stuff.. A kachcha bill would do. Well If Thats it.

See my current budget is 80k. Which includes GPS, rear camera, and ICE

If 80 k is what you can do me good, i can postpone the camera and the GPS for about 6-8 Months that wont be a problem/
