Changing the Civic's HU is a relatively straight forward process. You have to install a dash kit, then you can install any 1DIN / 2DIN HU you want.

There seriously is a brand of speakers called Bull? Never heard of them. But if they're from the Rainbow stable, they can't be bad.

You still haven't mentioned your budget for the amplifier. You could also go in for just one 5-channel amp. Nice and easy to install, looks clean too.
Changing the HU is really simple. The kit fits superbly and no one can tell that it's not stock.

The Audison Amps sound lovely with Hertz speakers; from personal experience I'd say this is a match made in heaven. At that price range I'm sure Infinity will have options. I don't know what's available from the Ground Zero stable and how it'll sound with your Hertz speakers.
For more info/opinions on Audison, PM Gunbir or Autophile
For Infiniti, PM Sam Kapasi
For Ground Zero, PM Bass & Trouble (Ajay).

All of them are extremely knowledgeable and helpful people ( I know all of them) without any bias. They'll surely guide you to a satisfactory purchase. PM them and make an informed purchase. From personal experience, the Honda Civic is not the best car to ICE, specifically with respect to a subwoofer. See whatever suits you.
Cheers!

Just to add my 1 bit; I'd seriously recommend changing the HU. The stock HU simply wont do justice to a nice amplifier and components. Remember this: Your audio setup is only as good as your weakest link, in this case your HU, so an upgrade (my fave will always be Alpine) is most certainly recommended.

What's the difference between Alpine CDA 9884 & CDA 9886 ? 9886 costs 4k more than 9884.
