Have you switched on the LOUD on the HU. Habe you set the low eq at high level.

Also which brand of power cable is in use.

ya i have set the loudness option to mid, not high. the eq settings are flat.
the low is 80 hz, mid 500hz and high 10hz. hpf is set to 50 hz.

i think the power cable is soundstream it came along with the kit
