ICE'd maruti 800

hello,
i m new BHPian.
i posting my 2nd hand maruti 800's ICE(DIY) pics.
removed old cassate player which was not working.
newly installed
HU:Sony270s
Front:4"sony
Rear:already installed local comps
Amp: sony 600 watts 4 channel
Subs:Pioneer 12" challenge series:1200 Watts
Wiring kit:BOSS Max.Power

1. why did you cut a hole in the glove box?
2. sure like those cup holders you've made.

I think the previous HU (cas. player) must have been mounted there.

The cup holder tray comes standard along with the console box.

I've removed old cassate player from that glove box and thinking to fit new one b'coz this glove box is unusable now..

you can get a new glove box cover will be a better option IMHO

also i am not satisfied with bass reflection quality of this enclosure,
which one will be suitable for m'800 ......
please suggest

is that enclosure is right one for 12'' sub

Nope. Not for a ported one like you are using.
Cant say exact specs by merely looking at it. What sizes did you use?

Post a link of the pioneer woofer;
What are th eTSP ?
If we get that, then we will know what is the correct enclosure volume & type of loading.

this is how small that enclosure is.......with pioneer TSW307D2 1200 watts

Installation is fine but more precision could be initiated, the amp should have been placed behind rear seat as usually done or can be a problem in cleaning up the floor mats.

MDF and ply will hardly reflect anything. Suggest you try something from Saint Gobain.

Hi sonu, good work. but could be better. Change the glove box cover. As for the nclosure, face the woofer against the back door instead of the present one. Things will work much better
