3-channel amps are very rare, 5-channels are more common. A 4 channel, where you can bridge the rear channels to drive a sub, is better VFM if you want to drive only the front components and sub with the amp.

The DLS Ultimate A4 is a 4 channel amp which is pure SQ. Heard it just last night with a pair of rainbows. Sounded really sweet. Its also up on the internet for a little less than 600$. The extra 100$ would be totally worth it. Just my 2 cents

Also are you geared towards SQ or Show-offness

Sir have you come across boss audio ce2505 5 channel amp, it has rms of 1200 watts, with dedicated 500watts for the sub, looks really good VFM on some sites.

Tauba tauba! Stay away from anything called Boss. Those figures are misleading and overstated. Normally one wouldn't find RMS rating of more than 150W/channel (those are meant for SPL setups), and in 5 ch amps, one wouldn't normally find sub-channel more than 300W.

hi all. i have recently ordered Morel Tempo 6 components. only thing i have heard is the similar price range is Hertz Energy, some Focal and ID CTX. but i have never auditioned these Morels. does anyone own these things? please share how they are. i hope i made the right. decision.

perfect thread for me . coming to question now : -

I have a Punto emotion . Plan right now is go step by step. my OEM speakers sounds OK now. I wish to Add rainbows speakers shortly . to get max out of rainbows , i wish to add a amplifier .As a friend is coming from US , i wish to get one amplifier from US. which one would you suggest with OEM HU ( don;t wish to change it ) .I normally listen to pink Floyd types and sound pureness & clarity is top of my list . will compromise on everything else.
