Yess its a full touchscreen and the entire HU can be operated by the IR remote also(except for the Screen slide-in-out.

I cannot understand why does everyone think it blocks the a/c flow, after all its air coming out of the blower and if its not straight it splits itself from the sides/top and makes 0 difference in the cooling, the only drawback is air wont hit direclty to you,Indeed the screen becomes very very hot without a/c so keeping it on for a longer hours with the a/c hitting in it does not become hot (either if the screen becomes hot it does not effect the quality of picture or sound)

fair enough, just that the visual looks like it will have an impact on ac. Btw is it possible to operate without the screen popping out as in volume & track control from remote?
