ICE Ugrade for OPTRA Magnum diesel

I plan to upgrade ICE for Optra Magnum :

1. Keep the Alpine HU Double din
2. 6 x 9 Infinity ref 9623i
3. Component 6" ref 6020
4. 4 channel amp ref 475a

I would really appreciate comments on this combination.

Sounds really good, especially if you have heard / auditioned the components. The final authority should be your own ears and what is in between.

Does the stock HU have pre-puts to feed the amp?

Alpine HU has only one pre out.
Any drawbacks on this and what should be done to overcome the lack of 2 or 3 preouts.

No drawbacks other than the inconvenience.

Just use RCA Y-cables are needed.
