ICE for my WagonR

Thanks for starting this forum it helps tons of people like me for choosing the right setup according to their needs thanks a lot...
I have purchased a WagonR and i wanted u to suggest me good set of car audio system..my budget is 16k and my priority is good quality crispy sound with the right punch of bass.after a 10 days time taking research i have chosen the following setup..

1.HU - Pioneer 5090
2.Rear Coaxial - JBL GTO937
3.Front Coxial - Pioneer TS-G1041R

is this setup is good for what i mentioned. I don't want any heart pounding bass machine. just a right mix of crispytality and bass so that i feel relax while driving.

does this require Component system ? please help me to get this thing done any help will be appreciated.
