ICE suggestions for the GETZ

Hi,

Could some of you recommend a decent ICE for a Hyundai Getz?

I am not interested in getting an amplifier, woofers, etc. Simply a 'good' HU and 'good' speakers, with decent SQ.
I am not looking to spend a lot. I have a budget of about 10K; might even be willing to stretch it a little bit.

I suppose a low end pioneer HU (2050? )
Wooden(MDF) rear parcel tray,
and JBL GT5/Bull 6x9's at the rear, and 5/6 inch comps/coax's depending on the installer and your budget
