what model Pio HU do you have right now ?
the cheapest Pio HU that satisfies your requirements is the 4050 ( ~6k)

are your front speakers Pioneer also? and are they mounted on the door or dash?
Not familiar with subs , so I'd leave that to someone else who knows.

Most Pioneers will do all that you want. Try Shreyas Motors at Opera House, Mr Hiten.

the differences are discussed here
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/ask-gu...50-6050-a.html

there are also two lower models

3050 - has usb in, but cant connect to ipod
2050 - has only auxillary in

the 6k price is for the HU alone . you will have to spend extra for the bluetooth / ipod adapters. Alternately, you can just use the aux in, but if you're going to just use the aux in, you're better off buying the 3050 or 2050
