Fantastic. Some questions though.

How do you operate the HU ? Is it comfortable ? I mean, is the OEM HU so bad that you had to go in for an entry level Pio ? Just curious.

remote is the only option :-)..... one More thing I can still use the stock HU. The output of the Stock HU is connected to the aux in of the 3050.
The Pio is running on an 2GB USB. change of CDs doesnt arise often.

CD running on both 3050 and the pio.

Will be uncomfortable for the initial days . got used to it sonn.

If the stock HU is unwanted,it could had been removed, and a console on the vxi model could had been used, and the new pio stereo could had been fit there.

With a USB drive plugged in, will the passenger in the middle seat feel comfortable sitting?

This is not the first time I'm seeing a 2nd HU in the rear. There's a LandCruiser here which has a Dvd HU in the rear. And guess what, it's steering remote is connected to a DIY sensor in the front which takes all the signals to the HU.

In this car's case, I think the mirror can be used as the signal reciever. Ain't it?
Enjoy the setup. Get the XPLOsions out of the car and replace it with the GTO series of coaxials. It will give you a better balanced sound overall.
I guess this car is going to driven by a driver while the owner can relax in the rear seat and control his music. Nay?

I've got a suggestion. Upgrade to a Dvd HU. Get 2 headrest mountable screens. Enjoy some movies on the move too.
