I sure hope so, coz if they're 5.25" like the V2. we'll have to go through all the trouble of modding the door and suchlike.

the door speakers looked like a sure shot 6in and the front speaker looked like 4in , the sales staff had no clue about it. hoping to fit in the components right in them.

some input on the prices will be great so that i know what to buy when i go in there.

Talked to 200mph on IM yesterday. The ride is for his brother , and it will *always* be chauffeur driven, and his brother will always be in the back seat. And his brother wants a sub. So I guess Rear speakers + sub + amp + Hu will do. Decided to forgo the 4" coax's in front.

Question: When you're installing them in the rear, does coax/comp make a difference? , especially since for the same amount , you can get a better coax than the comp.

Congrats on your new car 200mph. I think you can audition different brands in the cars installed by contacting Tbhpians in delhi but for decision it's better to wait until you get your car so that you know what it can take and where. You can also piggy bank some R$ until then

Narrow down the products you are interested in,you can have pointers accordingly

AFAIK, Vista Aura has 6 speakers: 2 in dash and 1 in each door.

i am planning to book an Aura and want to replace the speakers. I am happy with the HU and its functionality.

I propose to have co-axials on the rear door and comps on the front. I am partial towards Blaupunkt speakers since they (esp the coaxials) have a sexy thump without a sub (enjoying it in my V2 since 5 years). Can anyone tell me how JBL, Polk audio or any such spekers fare in the "thump" factor?

amp-sub woofer is not a priority right now, though I might set one up in future.

finally what do I do with the speaker slot in the dash board? can i get tweeters that dont sound cheap from outside the car (personally, I hate the "chik-chik-chik" tweeter beat). or is there a choice of smaller components?

Does anyone knows which HU is coming in Aura as i can just see TATA written on it?
Is it worth to keep the end unit and change the rest of the set up?

Hi,

Can you guys confirm the speaker sizes for the Vista. Also what would be the best option/package if a 25 - 30 k ice budget is taken into account. A sub is out of the equation due to Price/Space factors.
Can I increase the sizes of the existing speaker allowances (i.e for e.g from 5 1/2" to 6") by using MDF ring spacers. Is that recommended?

Would really appreciate your suggestions and advice.

Does anyone know what stock speakers are installed in Aura variant? Few days back I listned to stock ICE of Vista Aura. Sound clarity was good, but no matter what setting I tried, bass was really really low. I expected better bass from 6" speakers.
It is better to replace the stock speakers.
