hey friends
i have seen a few people in here referring to their rides as "beasts" , in my humble opinion if any car is worthy of that title , it's the octavia rs ( in indian context ofcourse) and u call urs a pari lolz, chalo its your prerogative, great car and very nice ice indeed, those jbl amps look very promising and going by the reviews im sure they live up to the expectation, if it is not too big of a hassle do post individual prices of ur ice components, tell me something is that the stock hu or what, if yes then any specific reasons for sticking with them

Hey so finally got it done!!Congrats boy!
And personally i feel that you should have had the components installed in some other location.I hope you know that the skoda's door pads cost more than the components that you have got.
And let me know whenever you are in south delhi.Would love to hear your setup!
cheers buddy!

Speedzak knows the whole thing why i call my vRs as the Laal Pari

I really like the HU and even due to the budget constraints i did not change it . But i am not regretting it.
( it has everything like 3 pre outs , time alignment etc)

Thanks Buddy
I did not want to expose them too much. ( not the crossovers)
Even the tweeters are in the stock location .

Will surely give you an audition when the tuning and all is fully done

Looks like a nice setup, am happy you are happy Abhinav (I notice LBM did not call you Anibhav this time)

I heard someone mention that the subs are underpowered. While I would have preferred you drive them with a 2200.1, the 14001 is powerful, very powerful and can drive virtually anything. Plus you have a 2 ohm load.

How true! Mine is Ta(xi)Ta Indigo and he's having a Skoda (lal pari).. Compare apples to apples.. (no offences taken)

this installer seems to learn each passing day..(but ANYDAY better than some popular cheat delhi installers who overcharge innocents in the name of quality! I remember one guy went to a popular installer here in delhi, ending up paying 13K for some damping and when he actually checked the quantity, it was like 1/3rd roughly.. HOW SAD!)

Thanks buddy. Like i said , each install is good if the owner likes it. If panky had gone for SPL's then only God could have saved him from Rattling ( not even damping)

HU is Alpine 9830 and got the KCA-420i for 5000 bucks.

Power Cables - Finolex
Speaker Cables - Illusion
RCA / Distribution Block / Connectors - No Idea

The shop was way too small but the install was really amazing.
I am just amazed by it

Not so far Abhinav. There have been rumors but I am not aware of any usable information that suggests XM availability in India anytime soon.
