Can any one tell me the price & features (power handling etc.) of JBL GTO 24001 / 14001 and are they available in India.

AFAIK the 24001 is only available in selective countries. 14001 I think is available with official B&W.

What subs are planning to drive them ? and how much rms you are looking ?

I would suggest the BPX2200.1 or BPX1100.1. I have the BPX2200.1 and it is an absolute monster.

The best thing about them is unlike conventional mono subwoofer amplifiers that only deliver their maximum power into a single impedance, the BPX1100.1 and BPX2200.1 are two-channel amplifiers that can be bridged to deliver double the voltage of a single channel into impedances between 2 and 4 ohms. The two channels can also be connected in parallel - to provide double the current of single channel into impedance below 2 ohms.

Have already gone through that website but the price is not mentioned.

Seriously, which car are you planning to install these? Making another 150db+ monster?

Right now this woofer is for sale, if no one buys it then most probably it will go into my brothers car.

Its 1000w rms so i guess the amp will be overpowered.

The GTO24001 is not yet released in India, while the 14001 is available quite easily.

IMO the 14001 is sufficient to drive that. Higher amplifiers might be too much.
