frankmehta needs a new head unit!

Congrats!!!. From the reviews I read, 9887 is a great unit. There are lot of reviews about how the system sounded even better after using the IMPRINT software. Any plans for the IMPRINT?. If only I was able to get hold of a used 9887 I would have gone for it. I envy you :(

no drvhpylevraftr! what a finger twister your name is on the keyboard lol! anyways the imprint unit and the software is kind of hyped up and i have read a lot of reviews online on the imprint. most of the times it was used just because there were a lot of options on the unit and no one knew what to do with them. so the usual american attitude of having technology do it for them.. my imprint is going to b&t lol! the last time all he had to do was set gains on one puny sony amplifier! this time he has a 75.4, a rockford fosgate mono and the mighty alpine 9887 to handle!

guys, i may go for a new HU for my scorpio very soon. my budget is a mere 10,000, sad. which is the best HU i can buy at this price? please indicate the price too, the price with B&W.

i am more inclined towards pioneer or JVC.
Requirements are:
1) i would like it to have 3 pre outs (want to keep 1 dedicated for the sub)
2) good equalizer settings. SPL is priority.
3) it should have a USB port.
also, are touch screens available at this prce?

Pioneer 6050 - 9K without B/W
Kenwood 6539U - 10K B/W (2 years warranty i guess)
