Please help determine the cost of the ICE

Hi All,
I have installed Panasonic CQ-C3355N HU, Polk DB690 rear speakers, and BD401 front speakers. What will be approx cost of the whole set up.
I paid 16480 for the whole set up.
Break up being
HU -------- 9490
DB690 -------- 4740
DB401 -------- 2250

I went to this Guy (Cartronics Technologies Dharam Karam Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad) through one of my colleagues as i am new to Hyderabad.

Is the ICE priced correctly?

I guess the db401 is pretty cheap. I got it for 75$. The indian price is even more, i guess.
