If the wiring is done properly in the installs nothing happenes even if you play it for 45mins at a decent listening levels with Basslevels down but blasting the system in when the car is switched off, battery might last for not more than 20mins.

Frank so whats the plan for upgrade now:12XD-AL and a Cap

Frank can you do me a favour of posting pics of the speaker plank from inside the cabin and inside the trunk..

As mentioned in my earlier post there is lot of vibration in my car...and now i feel the Air Out port is too small on the plank...

Thanks in advance bro

Shreyas, are you talking about the rear parcel shelf? If yes, mine is made of mdf and the shelf has been recently installed, replacing the stock one that came with my esteem. The 'air out' port on mine is a huge gaping hole, 12 inches in diameter. The hole was made earlier owing to the fact that I had a free air sub, and I was going to accommodate it on that plank, but eventually that sub didn't fit..
Coming back to your problem I'm not quite sure its just your air out port that's rattling.. ill post pics of mine soon. Its a HUGE round hole covered just by a subwoofer grille..

@leadfoot Its an amp feature. So if your JBL amp has a slot for this kind of remote you would be able to buy / it would have come with the remote. Check for a telephone jack (RJ - 11 ) on your amp. which says "Remote".

Only monoblocs and sometimes 2-channel amplifiers come with the feature to add bass remotes.
So, you have to manage with the 'bass boost' option in your pioneer 4050

I thought the Cow as given to him by Bhagwan.

Bhagwan does not have a daughter atleast not one that he is willing to admit to siring.

Thanks Frank.
The flow of air from the trunk to the cabin is very less due to small air port on the parcel tray i feel. Its a 3" dia hole now. I will increase it to about 9".

Frank I figured out yesterday while drinking, what was causing all the rattling.

It is the 2 rods that are connected between 2 hinges of the trunk. I kept some sponge in between and now it is absolutely fine.
