HI Nisarg, your set up is one of the most neat ones around - for the cross overs think you can cover then with trim colored ABS boxes if you are able to source any - :)
the open connectors are definitely a no no.

No fans. The top surface is the heat sink. The exposed area is sufficient for cooling.

One suggestion Nisarg, cover the IR hole with a cover, similar to one seen on many products. One simple approach could be take a 2-3mm transparent solid cylindirical piece of plastic and cut a small piece and insert it in the hole, making sure it flushes well outside.

@ B&T. that keyboad with trackball is very handy. control volume, forward , reverse track , play , pause. cut and paste with one button.
@ mnhegde & humm. I will post the total cost of project. LCD mounting and Clean Wiring Job credit goes to Bass&Trouble. I did only software tweaking.

Why are you using the keyboard for all those controls?
Just copy the SG map folder into CF. you will see where the default maps are.
I could not put in that suzuki startup logo(have it with me), the procedure was little above my level. can you post it in a simpler way?
