I intend to order it from sonic. People those who are interested can go for a group order. Single piece 2 day shipment costs $91, 2 pieces shipping costs $130 ($65 per persons), and so on (lesser shipping per person with increasing units).

Please pm me if we can plan a group order. As per a source, the duty should be around 24-25% as the shipping would be through UPS and not postal service.

I don't think duty is different for different mode of transport used (though I'm willing to be corrected on this.

Anyways, the point is, that is someone willing to order 1 or two more pieces with me? If yes, we can plan a group order and order the same. If not,probably I need to order 1 for me (Although it would be tad pricey for me). Shipping + Customs = :Frustrati:Frustrati

Well I checked it at SonicElectronix, if 4 unit are ordered it would cost about 600$ (150$ per unit)

Best would be to go for option 2 which is UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED, i.e. 179$ which means each unit would carry 45$ as shipping charge and you get it in 4 days time.

And if it's 3 units here are the charges.

Again the UPS Worldwide Expedited service is better option with just 50$ shipping charge each unit.

I would say go for a group buy, anyone of you can order it. As far as I know the duty will be charged on the invoice value by the sender. How many are interested here?

Can any reliable, trusted and proven member take charge/facilitate the group order? We can deposit 10k+ in his account and the remaining amount can be paid once duty is charged at actuals.
Gurus, anybody please help. 6 units is a tempting deal. KMD is quoting too high these days. Don't know what is happening to him.

A kinda orange/white lead when connected to parking light results in reduction of the display brightness when the headlamps are switched on!

Yes, it does work but the reduction in brightness is negligible.

More than that, a few lights light up on the HU when parking lights are switched on.

It definitely works, but the difference is not huge. Also check your dimmer settings for this to be a noticeable difference.

If you guys are on TE/Erodov, there is another GO thing happening there. So it makes sense to combine both.

Ya that's correct I was the first few ones to get the 785 or may be the first one ;) Nah, am not gonna order another 785, if I have to order it would be the next level Clarion DRZ9255/HX-D2.
Ordering in bulk quantity would attract the attention. However one would need to give a declaration to the customs saying that it is for the personal use and not for commercial selling. Now I am not sure whether it's the one who imports on behalf of everyone would have to give this declaration or whether each one who has ordered would need to give or not.
