Budget Audio Upgrade

I am planning to upgrade my current stock setup, but on a very tight budget. I have a selected a few stuff from an online store and would be really grateful if the guru's can help me out. I am not sure if any or all of the items are compatible (cos I don’t know a thing with it comes to ICE other than enjoy it).

I have a 2006 Mazda 6 and dont want to be making modifications to fit these and these are the speakers/components recommended by the website.

If not these then please recommend something similar so that I can checkout the prices locally vice internet.

Insted of Jenson (which i havent heard before), i would go in for a blaupunkt gt4 /mk2 which is for around 6-7k.
Its better to go for a tried and tested amp than one which has not been heard of before.

hey guys I wasn’t able to get that offer cos of some shipping restrictions.

But does anybody know if Boss Audio BV9995B is any good?? (retails for $350)

I have not heard of Boss Audio earlier, is it something good? I mainly am getting this for my 2 year old to watch Barney, so am not on the look out for the best. Something economical will do for me.

I was also thinking of getting pre-installed headrests with screens, is this a good idea will there be compatibility issues with the head unit and the screens?? The item I am talking about is this one: XOVision GX1569 (for a pair $ 300).

Thank you for your time.

Hey Navin took your advice and bought this 'nextbase sdv685-am' and all needs met as of now.. nothing great but gets the job done.

Main unit with the DVD player also has a 8.5' screen (installed on the windscreen) and a slave (strapped on to the rear head rest), audio can be connected to car audio system via RCA or via FM. I am using FM right now audio quality aint good but will do, as I plan on moving this from car to car as needed. So this serves the purpose best.

Install time: 5 mins
Cost: $ 350
