So to answer your question - if you want to split a single pre amplifier to go to 3 input jacks on your speakers, you need no amplifier.

Headphones placed in parallel to these inputs will create no major difference. 32Ω parallel to 20,000Ω is still 32Ω.And a parallel laptop input too will not create any big change in audio.

Your problem is more on how to connect the wires in parallel, rather than worry about the amplifier side of it.
most speakers are usually 4-16Ω (see even I can do it) but expect a signal of 2V or greater (2V = 1W on a 4ohm speaker).

most power amps have in ainput impedance of about 20kΩ (see I did it again) but expect a signal under 2V (preferably between 300mV and 1V).

What I dont understand is how 1 preamp will drive 3 pairs of speakers without an amp.

Not very good at electronics.

But does this help in anyway for amplification??

Exactly what anup said.

We're discussing POWERED speakers with an approximate input impedance of 20,000Ω.

And if everyone is so smart and easy about using this "Ω" symbol. why has it not been used before in the ICE section eh? Nobody bloody gives credit to poor Sam.

Due Credit to Sam:
From now on, all Ω symbols will be replaced by the word Sam.
Hence, the specs from Jai Bholenath Langarbaba's site ITSELF read this way:

General
Power Output 100W RMS x 4 Channels at 4 SAMS 150W RMS x 4 Channels at 2 SAMS
Signal-to-Noise (dBA) 104dBA (reference rated power into 4 SAMS)
THD 0.02% (rated power at 4 SAMS)
Frequency Response 10Hz - 100kHz (-3dB)
Dimensions (L x W x H) 18-9/16" x 10-3/8" x 2-1/8"

SAM shanti SAM!

Used to be 47,000Ω or 100,000Ω in the good old days!
When will this adulteration stop?! At 4Ω?!

1Ω=1SAM®

you guys have it all wrong. the unit should not be called SAM. it should be called YETI. then you will begin to see.
you had 100,000 YETI in the good ol' days.
it went down to 47,000 YETI and further down to 20,000 YETI and then 4 YETI.
now there's only 1 YETI left and he is chanting ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ praying for survival.

ROTFLMAO !

Can we use it the other way round ?

Sambar == Ωbar ?

PS: Some poor chap by the name of 'OHM' must be turning in his grave

LOL, first, it's not Ohm, it's Om, when it is a name.
Next, many of the Oms are also Prakashes.
That becomes Om Prakash. The tragedy begins here in the north of India: Almost all of them with the name Om Prakash, with Hindi being their mother tongue, are unable to pronounce Prakash. They will invariably say "Om Parkaaaaas"!!! LOL!!!
IMHO there cannot be more irony than this!

I happened to be talking about Georg Simon Ohm, the German physicist who gave us the ohm's law.

My turn. LOL
