Monitor: 10.4” Samsung TFT Panel Touchscreen
Why this: Real Samsung LCD Panel and better than junky liliputs
Can you post the pictures of your LCD?
How are you so sure that it is real samsung panel? I ask because there are plenty of Chinese panel spread in market which sell as fake Samsung.

Also Lilliput is considered much better than these fake panels.

Disclaimer: I do not own any of these...

As far as I know, Liliput is just integrator. They use Innolux, Sharp or Hitachi LCD panels and bundle them with touch screen ad A/D convertor and put it in a case. So cant be that bad.

I do own the above 10.4 incher and have opened up to verify the panel... It is a Samsung and the specs are a close match with the datasheet from Samsung. I don't think it is a fake. Even if it is, its a very good fake...lol

While the panel is great, the touchscreen overlay is HORRIBLE. It causes too much glare...almost like an old mirror at some angles.

The best would be to couple this panel with a SAW touch screen module. But it costs more than the monitor itself.

Yes, the monitor looks wonderful at Night, but I don't recommend them in a Car if you dont have dark black sun films installed.

I like them very much as I dont watch video/movies using this monitor. I have two other monitors which looks perfect even at bright light. But if you have the dark sunfilms, its manageable at daylight for GPS/CF- but not for a video song/movie.

Guys,

Just received the Free Illusion Electra 16 AWG Wiring kit from LBM. It looks better and seems to be a true 16AWG, but couldn't test the performance.

Also bought a JBL GTO1004 for the rear speakers. So two channels will not be used now. (As I already have a GTO 75.4)

Also received the Scosche Audio Cable and 6 GA Fibreglass cable to power the Amp.

And here comes the tuning process. Software for Time Alignment, 3 Way Cross Over, Audio Delay, Phase correction, Parametric EQ and Mastering Plugins are ready now. No Plan for RTA now. Just tested them on the Asus ASIO and the setup works well and tuning is in process:

For cross-over I recommend you the Frequency Allocator Lite, for Time alignment you can use the Voxengo Sound delay with phase Arbitrator. Don't buy the Frequency Allocator full, its a sh*t and kill your resources.

But I don't recommend VST based software tuning on an Atom processor with inbuilt sound card. You can go with RTAS or this people had developed some good low latency plugins for inbuilt sound cards: Official kX Project Site -- News

Believe me or not, my PC is crying(and almost at 99%) with this VST Plugins on a dedicated sound card. But the sound quality will beat any high end head unit and I am just working on this process and will provide you more information soon.
